Dongguan Nuo Sen Hardware Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in October 2015. We are located in Tangxia Town,
Dongguan City, Guangdong very near Shenzhen/Hong Kong. Our company provides precision injection molding,
diecasting molding, engineering and development support, internal mold making, grinding, polishing, brushing,
electroplating, clean room painting, clean room pad printing and screen printing, clean room powder coating,
multiple assembly lines, with ability to support stainless steel, aluminum die-casting, embossing, along with
extrusion processing. Company plant covers an area of 4000 square meters, has a modern plant along with
worker living quarters and cafeteria. Currently we more than 100 employees including: more than 20 professional
and technical personnel capable of supporting engineering, quality, and management activity to support our
customers’ product from start to finish.
We have received our licenses in September 2016 for ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004. QMS standards allows
us to identify and describe our processes using business metrics with the purpose of which is to better manage
and control our business processes. Our QMS allows us to empower our employees providing them with clear
expectations (quality objectives and job descriptions), the tools to do their job (procedures and work instructions),
and prompt, actionable feedback on their performance (process metrics). What is the result? An improved
company culture and a more professional staff! These systems allows our company to have a “quality first,
lean-manufacturing mentality” to allow us to strive for principle of highquality, lower cost, efficiency,
continual improvement on the floor and in the office to provide the highest quality and efficiency, lowest
cost and best support to stay a customer oriented company well into the 21st century!
